How to be physically fit and healthy



Living in this world without happiness and enjoyment is some sort of a boring life. so in order for us to stay fit and healthy we must be happy. with the thing wed love to do and make us worthy to live we must take good care of our life.

I made this blog because i think, i'm one of the person who have unhealthy lifestyle and boring life. you must not think too much of those problems, about love, money etc. you must think of a possible solution to the problem and work for it in order to solve that certain problem. Life is too short you must enjoy every minute of your life. To be able to grab the true essence of happiness, there’s a few steps on how to be physically fit and healthy in and out.

 
First step is that when you wake up early in the morning, after you wash your face and doing the “limugmog” thing, you must drink atleast 2 glasses of water and then go outside for a walk do some warm -up, then make some time to talk to your nieghbors and make them do what you do so everyone can have atleast healthy lifestyle, after you must do some little jogging around the place and be positive always put your problems away and be stress-free.


Second step always wear the best outfit all the time, you must bring with you your energy drink like powerade etc. This can make your thirst contented and you can bring back the energy that you lost from sweating. Do some training begins at slowly and then increases the level of intensity. during the run you should feel that you are gradually be increased. By training this way, you will increase both your speed and your endurance. Go out som time and find a near gym for work out. If you work out while you are watching television, it will be very easy to keep up your momentum. You can use commercials as a time to have quick, short workouts. Try small weight training as you sit on the couch. Always look for opportunities to get a little exercise in. Dedicate some time out of your day to exercise. Doing extra things like taking the stairs can help you burn extra calories.


Third Step If you’re going to start doing weight lifting, come up with concrete goals first. If your goal is to have larger muscles, your plan should include heavy lifting. Try building your arms by doing more reps with less weight, it will tone your arms. Look for places in your neighborhood that may allow you to use their fitness machines.No matter what, try to figure out where the gym closest to you is when you’re looking to get fit. If you choose a gym that is close to home, you are more likely to go than to avoid it. Some people exercise too much because regular amounts of exercise don’t burn the amount of calories they hope to burn. This risks damage to joints and muscles in addition to excessive stress to the heart and possible dehydration. 


Final step in order to succeed in raising your fitness level and overall health, you must need a plan first,  make a plan and get started down the path to fitness and health. If you get lost along the way, don’t be discouraged. These tips will get you on your way remember that you are the one who make your own healthy lifestyle so be ready all the time.





Go out everyday for an exercise to make your body active!

Being physically active not only strengthens your body, it also makes you feel good about yourself. always wear you gears and dont forget to be more handsome/beautiful just in case you meet a guy/girl in the park,gym,exercise area etc.







Life is full of excitement

you must enjoy and stay healthy by make some jogging around your place together with your family, friends,neighbor etc. feel the fresh air. give your best shot and be more energetic by doing it everyday to make your body strong and healthy.






You should do your best to stay healthy and physically fit and develop a strong core. Having a stable, strong core helps with balance and any other exercise you do. Strengthening your core can be achieved with good old-fashioned sit-ups. Doing situps also makes you more flexible. This will support your abdominal muscles in working harder with greater endurance. You must always remember that in order to have a good lifestyle is to find the best ways to be happy. Happiness is a key to success, hardwork, and patience is a way and in order to have a successful and a courage to enjoy life. No matter what happen, be thankful to God because God knows whats best for us. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY.
